Hey! We’re Jess & Lero,

And we know what you’re going through. In case we’ve never met before, let us take a moment to introduce ourselves.

We’ve been supporting entrepreneurs both as freelancers and with our agencies for more than 8 years combined – and in this time we’ve seen what works and what doesn’t by being in the weeds with our clients every single day.

Over time we have worked more and more intensely on our client’s marketing – in particular their audio and video content.

Since then our team has edited and published hundreds of episodes and we’d love to support you as well!

We have a few beliefs that are at the core of everything we do.

We believe that content marketing DOES NOT need to take over your business – one central piece of content is all you need to meet all of your marketing needs. And for us that is, of course, your podcast.

We believe that good marketing shouldn’t feel like you need to put tonnes of effort in or that you keep re-inventing the wheel.

We also believe that hustling is not a requirement for success, and that you CAN hire support and help and you CAN take days off.

We also know that a consistent team as well as clear processes and systems are super important to make this run smoothly and we will help you get those on track.


Austin Rafter – Podcast Editor

Austin is one of our resident podcast editors and he makes your podcast sound absolutely perfect every single time. Austin will handle your intros/outros and any editing as well as making sure that the sound quality is the best it can be with the recording provided.

When he’s not working he loves to ski and play video games – preferably at the same time.

Freya Morgen – Marketing Assistant

Freya is our amazing marketing assistant who makes sure that what you’re seeing on social media looks right!

She is originally from Germany and now based in Indonesia and loves traveling!
